How it works
Using a combination of AI, coupled with our navigation solution, WIS Camera Service Verification fully automates all elements of service verification.
Successful Collections
For every completed collection, the image of the collection event is extracted from the video feed. This image is then placed on the customer account automatically.
Non-Collections
For non-collections, a video of the drive-by is extracted and pinned to the customer account. The video can then be used as reference in cases of disputes such as the can not being out or blocked drive-ways etc.
Fully-Automated
The key benefit of the WIS solution is the level of automation it delivers. Drivers do not have to take any action such as pressing a button to take a picture. This is important as it reduces driver distraction and workload and allows them to focus on delivering collection accuracy. As imagery is uploaded, the system automatically analyses each frame or image sequence for suitability using AI-based and rule-based validation checks. These checks assess factors including:
